New for 2010; This home is equipped with a KABA keyless entry lock. Keyless entry allows you to go straight to your vacation home without having to check in at our office. Prior to your arrival, you can call us for a six-digit code that will work for your entire stay. No keys to keep track of or drop off when you leave. Community pool, Jacuzzi, screened porch, 3 TVs, 3 VCRs, 3 DVD players, high-speed wireless internet access (please bring your laptop), stereo w/CD & tape, gas fireplace available mid September through the end of April, wet bar w/icemaker, game table in Media Room, games, books, grill, pack n play, Booster Seat, convenient first floor Den/Media Room doubles as bedroom w/Sleeper sofa, outside shower, garage.
Parking 3 cars. Non-Smoking. No Pets.
Beds: 1 King, 1 Queen, 2 Bunk Sets, 2 Sleep Sofas. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.
*Village Beach Club amenities are not available. Short Stays (3 night minimum) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home. During Holiday Weeks, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday.
