2010 Heated Pool Dates: Pool is heated from May 1st/2nd to June 4th and again from August 28th/29th to October 15th.

Other amenities include: high-speed wireless Internet access (please bring your laptop); 13 TVs all with DVD players; 13 VCRs; video library; loft area with fax machine and scanner; 2 stereo systems; baby equipment including high chair and pack-n-play; fireplace available mid September through end of April; outside shower; deck furniture; and easy parking for 8-9 vehicles in the wide driveway.

'Park Place' allows pets and has a no smoking policy.

Beds: 4 Kings, 5 Queens, 3 Pyramid Bunks with 3 Trundle Beds, and 1 Bunk Set. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

'Park Place' is also an event friendly home...and what a fantastic space to have a wedding! Imagine saying your 'I Do's' on the oceanfront or under the gazebo, then walking back to the pool area and spacious top level living area for your reception celebration with great food, wine, music and family and friends. Even Fido can be part of your wedding at 'Park Place'!

However great public beach access one house north with dunetop deck access & gazebo at Carlow Street. Very nice!
