2010 Heated Pool Dates: Pool is heated from May 1st/2nd to June 4th and again from August 28th/29th to October 15th.

'Glad Tidings' is close to the beach access and centrally located near shopping and area attractions. The glass enclosed pool house has a retractable roof for year round swimming (The pool size is 13' x 32'. The pool is heated from early September through early June). This home offers 10 bedrooms (All master suites with TVs) & Elevator. 15 TVs, 5 VCR/DVDs, 3 Stereos with CD, 2 gas fireplaces available mid September through the end of April, Rec Room/Sports Bar with pool table, Media Room with big screen TV, wireless Internet access, 2 pack'n'plays, 2 highchairs, gas grill, 2 refrigerators, 3 dishwashers, 3 ranges, 3 microwaves, icemaker, gazebo decks, sun & shade decks. This home is conveniently located approximately 150 yards from the beach access, between the roads. Guests cross the 2 lane Beach Road to access the beach.

Non-Smoking. No Pets.

Beds: 9 King beds, 2 Queen beds, 2 Twins. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.

Short Stays (less than a week) are available at this Outer Banks vacation rental home. During Holiday Weeks, we can be very flexible with check in days. For example; you may be able to rent a vacation home from a Wednesday to Wednesday or, for short stays, from Tuesday to Friday. Our group really enjoyed Glad Tidings. The house is large with plenty of space for a big family vacation. The enclosed pool is very nice and perfect for young children (shallow spots for kids to play and the roof over the pool minimizes sun exposure).
