2010 Community Pool Dates for The Currituck Club:
Pool at the main entrance will open 5/15/10 and close 10/10/10.
The north pool will open 5/28/10 and close 9/6/10.
The Magnolia Bay pool will open 5/28/10 and close 9/6/10.

All trolleys run from the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day.

Featured in a recent Parade of Homes, 'Southgate' is a luxury beach home constructed by an award winning builder on the Outer Banks. The house is spacious with high vaulted ceilings and over 3500 square feet of living area. Situated on over half an acre, the lot backs up into a wooded area which provides a private serene setting for the swimming pool, hot tub, and patio area. The beautiful natural wood work and paneling throughout the house give it a cozy cottage feel. The golden travertine marble flooring on the first two levels add to the overall charm of the house.

A modern luxury cottage, Southgate is outfitted with modern high tech conveniences such as high end electronics, cable with HDTV, home theater with surround sound, free and unlimited local and long distance telephone service, fax machine/scanner/copier/printer and high-speed wireless Internet access.

Three of the bedrooms are king master suites with their own full bathrooms, LCD TVs, and private balconies. There are two bedrooms on the third floor, each with two double beds and LCD TVs. These bedrooms share a full bathroom. Each bathroom in the house features custom stone and tile work. Also on the top floor is a billiard room with its own LCD TV. Southgate also has a spacious loft with a leather sleeper sofa, an additional dining area, and home theater.

Southgate has a spacious modern kitchen with long granite counter tops and bar with stools. The kitchen's beautiful cabinetry is stocked with all your cooking and dining needs. The high end appliances include a spacious refrigerator, two dishwashers, microwave, convection oven, and a five grill gas stove top. The Great Room has high vaulted ceilings and is equipped with HDTV, DVD, VCR, home theater and surround sound, and gas fireplace available mid September through the end of April.

For those who can't escape the demands of work, Southgate has a modern office on the second floor. The second floor landing overlooks the Great Room and is a perfect place to relax while listening to music, reading a book, or playing board games. If you get thirsty and want a snack, you can grab your favorite refreshment at the fully stocked wet bar nearby.

A quaint feature of Southgate is its many porches. The front and rear porches all feature Brazilian hardwood flooring. Each master bedroom has its own balcony where you can enjoy a morning cup of coffee and a glass of wine in the evening. You'll also enjoy sound views and sunsets from the third floor porch.

Beds: 3 king beds, 4 double beds and a queen sleeper sofa. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day.
