New for 2010! This home is equipped with a KABA keyless entry lock. Keyless entry allows you to go straight to your vacation home without having to check in at our office. Prior to your arrival, you can call us for a six-digit code that will work for your entire stay. No keys to keep track of or drop off when you leave! 2010 Community Pool Dates for The Currituck Club:
Pool at the main entrance will open 5/15/10 and close 10/10/10.
The north pool will open 5/28/10 and close 9/6/10.
The Magnolia Bay pool will open 5/28/10 and close 9/6/10.

All trolleys run from the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day.

'8th and Sound' in The Currituck Club features a 12' x 26' private pool (heated from early May to early June and again from early September to mid October) with cabana bath & shower! Hot Tub for 6-7 adults. Elevator. Currituck Club amenities include reduced greens fees and priority tee times, five community pools, tennis courts, gated access and trolley service to the beach during the summer months.

Amenities and features at this Corolla retreat include: 8 TVs including 60' flat screen & a 42' flat plasma, DVD in all bedrooms, DVD in rec room and great room. Fireplace available mid September through the end of April. Surround Sound stereo with CD and Playstation II, computer & Internet access. 4 master bedrooms, rec room with pool table and mini fridge, wine cooler in wet bar, 2 ovens. 1 enclosed outside shower plus a cabana bath and second shower near pool, garage, 2 gas grills, beach chairs, bikes, port-a-crib, high chair.

'8th and Sound' has a no smoking policy and pets are not permitted.

Beds: 4 Kings, 2 Doubles, 2 Bunk Sets. All bed linens and towels are furnished and beds are made prior to arrival. A starter set of toilet paper, paper towels and hand soaps is provided. Village Realty will clean the home on check out day. (Please note that the Fireplace is not available for guests use because flat screen TV is mounted on it.)
